July brought the summer heat, plenty of miles on the road, and most importantly, a whole new group of employees to the Transervice Logistics team!
As we look back on another busy month, we’re excited to officially welcome all of the new employees who joined Transervice throughout July. From CDL-A truck drivers and diesel technicians to fleet maintenance professionals, operations team members, managers, and support staff, each new hire brings their own experience, skills, and perspective to our growing company.
Starting a new job is a big change. There are new coworkers to meet, new processes to learn, new equipment to get familiar with, and plenty of names to remember. For our professional drivers, it might mean learning new routes, customers, and delivery locations. For our diesel technicians and fleet maintenance teams, it can mean getting familiar with a new shop, fleet, and operation. For our managers and support teams, it means learning the people and processes that keep everything moving behind the scenes.
And somewhere in between all of that, you still have to figure out where everyone goes for lunch.

Transportation is a team effort in every sense of the word. A truck doesn’t get very far without the skilled technicians who keep it safe and road-ready. A successful delivery depends on the professional drivers who safely move freight from one destination to the next. Behind them are fleet maintenance teams, dispatchers, managers, operations professionals, and countless others working together to make sure our customers receive the service they depend on.
Every person plays a part, and every new employee makes that team a little stronger.
As Transervice continues to grow across the United States and North America, bringing talented people onto our teams remains one of the most important parts of that growth.
