Last summer Transervice announced it’s first annual College Scholarships which were awarded to four children of its employees for a total of $2,500 each for the 2023 Fall Term for the college of their choice.
The Executive Team at Transervice chose the winners based on their academic achievement, community involvement and overall character. Applicants were also required to submit an essay about why they felt they deserved the scholarship.
The scholarship award recipients include:
• Nicoletta Boik is a Nursing Major attending Elmhurst University. She is the daughter of Kevin Boik, Mechanic for our Preferred
Service division servicing our customer Jewel Food in Melrose Park, IL.
• Alex Grzybowski is majoring in International Relations/Military, attending Boston University. He is the son of Kelli Grzybowski, Finance Manager for the Corporate Office in Lake Success, NY.
• Anna Singh is majoring in Engineering, attending City College. She is the daughter of Naipaul Singh, Foreman for our Maspeth Service division servicing our customer Bimbo Bakeries in Queens, NY.
• Katie Lindeman was a Medical Major who attended College of DuPage. She is the daughter of Thomas Lindeman, Operations Supervisor also for our Preferred Service division servicing our customer Jewel Food in Melrose Park, IL. Congratulations on your degree.
Transervice is proud to announce the second annual Transervice Scholarship Fund. Applicants are welcome to begin applying for the scholarship through June 30th for the Fall term semester.
We anticipate announcing the winners of the Transervice Scholarship Fund for the 2024 Fall term in July 2024.
