A great recent example of John’s dedication was shared with us by one of our vendors:
“As you are aware, we had some difficulties with a trucking company delivering our product to Waxahachie. This event started Friday and concluded late yesterday afternoon. I don’t need to rehash the details but instead wanted to recognize John.
John left his house Friday evening and spent a couple of hours driving around trying to locate the driver and our shipment. This continued through the weekend. John was not asked to do this but willingly volunteered to help. He was in constant contact with us and our transportation broker trying to solve this problem. John went above and beyond all the while keeping a calm demeanor and a positive attitude.
I called John to personally thank him. His response made me a bigger fan. He said “Steve, I love my job and Transervice has been very good to me. Happy to help.” That comment speaks volumes for John as well as Transervice. I enjoy hearing employees speak highly of their employers and I equally enjoy knowing there are companies like Transervice that take such good care of their employees.”
